After 27 years of exceptional service to The Satir Institute of the Pacific (SIP), Michael Callaghan is retiring from his active role on our board. Since joining SIP in 1998, Michael has been a cornerstone of our organization, serving in numerous positions, including Secretary, Treasurer, and, most notably, as our dedicated President for many years.
This past year, Michael graciously served as Past President, supporting our board during its transition and ensuring the continuity of SIP’s mission. His leadership, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the Satir community will be deeply missed.
As Michael steps into retirement, we wish him joy and adventure as he enjoys his passions—cycling, kayaking, skiing and traveling with his wife, Renate.
Please join us in celebrating Michael’s incredible contributions and wishing him well at our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Together, let’s honor the legacy of someone who has given so much to SIP and its community.
Details and registration for the AGM and Retirement celebration will follow—stay tuned!
