Hettie Youhong Tu, MSW is the Founder of Re-See Happiness (Shenzhen) counselling Center, a Certificated Satir Trainer of BSCMC, Certificated Coach of Satir Global and a Counsellor & teacher (part-time) in Shenzhen Polytechnic college. Since 2008 Hettie has been working with John Banmen as his translator. She also helped Linda Lucas, Jennifer Nagel to translate professional training programs over the last ten years. She graduated from the second batch of TTT trainers and became certificated trainer this April of 2023 and learned Satir coaching and mentoring program from Sharon Loeschen to become certificated coach on June of 2022.

She is dedicated to promoting the Satir model to professionals and the public and is currently working as a part-time counsellor and teacher in Shenzhen Polytechnic and founder of Re-See Happiness counselling center.
