All members are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting. This online Town Hall-style meeting will include business reports, open discussion, and the election of officers.

Purpose of the Meeting
The Annual General Meeting provides members with an opportunity to:
- Review the organization’s activities and performance
- Receive financial and business reports
- Participate in the election of officers
- Ask questions and engage in open discussion

Business Reports
Business and committee reports will be presented during the meeting.
Supporting documents will be made available to members in advance of the AGM.
Election of Directors
Elections will be held for designated board of director positions in accordance with the organization’s bylaws.
Nominations will be accepted until February 20, 2026. You can either elect yourself (Nominee Form)or elect someone you think would be a good fit for the SIP board (Nominator Form)

The meeting will be held online via Zoom.
