Frankie Lee, MBA originally came from Hong Kong where after his high school in he was hired as a sales trainee by Burroughs Wellcome Company, a British based multinational pharmaceutical corporation. During his 22 years of service there he was promoted to Division Manager and Commercial Manager overseeing sales and marketing of medical products in Hong Kong, Macau and China. In 1992 he and his family immigrated to Vancouver. From 1993 Frankie worked with AstraZeneca Canada Inc. as sales representative, then senior sales representative and executive sales representative until he retired in 2016.

While still in Hong Kong, Frankie received his Diploma in Business Study from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and his Masters Degree of Business Administration in East Asia University, Macau

In early 1992 Frankie first attended the Satir Personal Growth Program facilitated by John Banmen, Maria Gomori and Jane Gerber in Hong Kong. After immigrating to Vancouver he was admitted by Vancouver School Board to achieve his 2-year Diploma in Counselling. Later he joined Satir Institute of the Pacific where he finished Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy Level 1 and 2 with John Banmen and Kathlyne Maki-Banmen. Frankie also enrolled and was certified in the Enneagram Teacher Program (the study of 9 personality types) led by Helen Palmer and David Daniels of Narrative Enneagram Institute, USA. The latest Satir Training program Frankie participated in was the Training for Trainers in 2019 facilitated by Jennifer Nagel and Linda Lucas.

Frankie was one of the founding members of the Chinese Canadian Marriage Encounter Association and was president for 6 years. Currently Frankie is an active senior volunteer and coach of SUCCESS Chinese Helpline. Frankie mainly practices the Satir learning in personal growth, in enriching family relationships, in church couple groups and at the workplace.
