Beng Wee currently resides in Singapore, a tropical garden city. He holds a Master in Social Science (Counselling) from the University of South Australia, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Social Work from the Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Registered Social Worker through the Singapore Association of Social Workers.

Beng Wee is a Medical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in the Intermediate and Long-Term Care sector, supporting elderly patient/residents and their caregivers in the area of grief and loss, reminiscence, and meaning making. An important part of his education and experience includes professional and personal development with the Satir Centre (Singapore) and Satir Institute of the Pacific (SIP). His training in STST Level 1 and 2 are experiential and transformational. It encompasses many current therapies, as well as, the spiritual or energetic part that we all possess. An integration of body, communication and mind.

Beng Wee felt truly connected with the principles of Satir Model both personally and professionally. He is humbled to be a part of the SIP, continuing to connect with people around the world, and to learn from workshops/conferences related to Satir Model.
