Lani Kyonglan Kim is originally from South Korea where she completed her master of Social Work in Family Therapy and a Master in Law. After obtaining her degrees, she worked as a Domestic Violence Coordinator counselling domestic violence in families, then as a family counsellor working with families, couples, and children. She specializes in performing the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Test (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory, Stress Profile, and Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 Assessment (MMPA2). She has been a clinical member of Satir Institute of the Pacific since 2016 and a Satir Transformational Systemic Therapist for the Korea Satir Institute from 2010. She is also a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, Psychology Association of Saskatchewan, and Canadian Psychological Association. Her main goal is to bring out positive potentials of her patients and guide them with her idealistic nature.
