Sing Yee currently resides in Malaysia. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology from University Putra Malaysia and a Master’s in Counselling from University Malaya. She is also a Registered and Licensed Counsellor under the Malaysia Board of Counsellors.

With over 20 years of experience, Sing Yee is a practicing counsellor and clinical supervisor, working with youth, adults, families, and individuals facing mental health challenges. She also specializes in friendship-building interventions for the neurodivergent community, with more than seven years of experience supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents, and young adults.

Her journey with Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy began with a personal counselling session with a Satir Therapist—a transformative experience that changed her life. Her professional and personal development includes extensive training with the Satir Institute of the Pacific (SIP) and the Satir Whole Person Development Association of Malaysia. She has completed the Level 1 course and participated in additional workshops, integrating these learnings into her professional practice. Seeing the profound growth and transformation in her clients, she is committed to bringing the benefits of Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy to the community she serves.
