Natalie currently resides in Bangkok, Thailand, a vibrant city where East and West beautifully converge. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Counselling Psychology and a Master of Arts in Individual and Family Studies and brings over 9 years of experience as a psychotherapist, trainer, and educator deeply rooted in the humanistic values of Virginia Satir.

Natalie is the founder of Bangkok Psychological Services and the Satir Institute Thailand and serves as a Satir Coach Master Trainer, conducting certification programs internationally across Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. She has translated multiple foundational Satir texts into Thai, including Sharon Loeschen's Enriching Your Relationship with Yourself and Others, The Satir Process, and A Personal Workbook for Enriching Your Life, making Satir's transformational wisdom accessible to Thai-speaking communities. She is also the creator of the experiential Values Cards tool, Stars That Light Your Journey Home.

Natalie’s journey with the Satir Model has been both personal and professional, transformative at the core. She is passionate about bridging cultures, nurturing the next generation of Satir coaches, and keeping Virginia Satir’s spirit alive through experiential learning, embodied practice, and heart-centered connection. She is honored to join the SIP Board and looks forward to contributing to this global community of growth, healing, and human potential.
