The Wisdom in How We Cope with Stress

“Discover how your coping patterns shape your reactions under stress—and learn to transform them into pathways for greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and more authentic relationships.”
Two Friday evenings May 29 and June 5 , 2026
5:00 pm to 8:00 pm PACIFIC TIME
Online via Zoom
with Anastacia Lundholm, Coach, Mentor and SIP Trainer
In this two-session workshop we learn to identify the different ways we react under stressful circumstances. Our coping is a resource that has helped us survive, but it can often get in the way of healthy relationships with ourself or with others.
Increased awareness of coping can lead to better self-care and less reactivity. We will explore the challenges and the strengths of each coping pattern, and what happens when different coping styles collide.
Understanding the inner experience of each style of coping can support new perceptions of self and others in stressful situations. This can give us new choices for ourselves and new possibilities in relationship with others.
