1st Phase (5 days online via Zoom)*
September 25 – 29, 2024
2:00 pm to 7:15 pm PACIFIC TIME

2nd Phase (5 days online via Zoom)*
January 22 – 26, 2025
2:00 pm to 7:15 pm PACIFIC TIME

Final Phase (5 days in person at a hotel in Richmond, BC Canada near YVR)
May 3 – 7, 2025
9:00 am to 5:00 pm PACIFIC TIME

*Between the three phases there will be a one hour meeting each month via zoom (i.e. October, November, December 2024 and February, March, and April 2025)
