This 6-day residential program provides the opportunity to deepen your work with individuals, couples and families by helping clients access their inner strengths and resources to stimulate their inner healing energy. Experientially explore ‘the use of self’ in the process of transformational change within systems.

This program will explore ways to:

  • Maintain authentic contact and connection with SELF when working within the family system
  • Activate and utilize resources of SELF and family members
  • Trust intuition to guide the therapeutic process
  • Recognize and resolve triggers within parts of the therapist to access SELF more easily
  • Liberate your SELF through the Freedom of Forgiveness
  • Externalize and transform family and therapist dynamics through sculpting
  • Explore the internal world of the therapist during challenging family therapy dynamics
  • Experience how self compassion alleviates self criticism and shame
  • Bring presence and self compassion into therapy sessions to maintain therapist to client connections in challenging therapeutic encounters
  • Cultivate practices, using mindfulness and self compassion, to prevent caregiver fatigue
